90% of the marketing today is happening through digital channels. The most important thing in digital marketing is driving conversations to conversions journey, and most of us – the digital marketing community leaders, fail to accept that, this is one channel that renders to measurement very well. So clearly, conversations to conversion is the key focus area for digital marketing. However, there are other areas like brand reputation, keeping the entire digital asset safe, knowing your customer or looking at the world of your brand through customer’s eye and that is all about digital marketing.
Today, technology has made possible to do it much more personally and intelligently. Digital marketing is one function that is becoming the most intelligent, intuitive and immersive function within marketing. Technology is in the center of digital marketing. Well, if technology is the king then conversation is the kingdom and content is the queen. So clearly, technology is an enabler to do and to create content much better, and the conversations much sooner. Technology like AI, ML, analytics is making it function intelligently much more than it ever was.
