CIO Klub, the non-profit organisation for CIOs in India celebrated its 11-year milestone anniversary of Mumbai chapter on 21st September, 2019. Inaugurated in 2008 with less than 30 members, CIO Klub, Mumbai Chapter has currently more than fifteen hundred of active and registered CIO’s across India.
Mumbai chapter was the first conceptual chapter where ‘K’ stands for knowledge and they started focusing on that. Mumbai chapter is one of the active and vibrant chapters, it has CIO representing form various industry sectors including Manufacturing, BFSI, Services, Media, Gaming, Textile, Healthcare, Automotive, Aerospace, Agro & Food processing, Beverages, Logistics, Supply Chain, etc. Run by CIOs for CIOs, CIO Association (CIO KLUB) holds eight working chapters in India’s most strategic cities (Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad and Kolkata) chapters across India.
To celebrate the zeal of the technology and embark the success of CIOs, IT leaders and CIO Association came together and marked the 25th of April as CIO day as it began on the same date in 2008, Mumbai. The event was a successful was, celebrated on 21st of this month at Taj, Santacruz. Marked with “Remembering 11 Years of journey”, Mumbai Chapter celebrated this milestone with Keynote sessions, panel discussions, sponsor sessions and exhibitions. Other than Club members, invitees will include eminent speakers from the industry, business leaders and representatives from technology providers and OEM’s.
