5 Biggest Technology Trends in 2020 Everybody Should Be Ready For

In the last few years, we’ve seen a notable transformation in technology. In the coming years, there are many more technological changes. If the individuals or businesses will not grasp these changes, they have chances of being left behind and the risk of loss.

Here are some biggest technological trends for which you should get ready, such as AI (Artificial intelligence), 5G Data Network, Autonomous Driving, etc.

1. Artificial Intelligence (AI)

It is the human intelligence processed by computer systems. Artificial Intelligence is making intelligent and smart machines that act and work like humans do. In the coming year 2020, it’s going to be the biggest transformation. Some of the functions of Artificial Intelligence are voice/speech recognition, problem-solving, learning planning, etc. The examples of Artificial intelligence are Siri, Alexa, Echo, Netflix, etc.

2. 5G Data Network

It is the next-generation cellular network and will replace 4G LTE Network. It will provide 10-100 times better speed of the internet and will increase the more possibilities over 4G. 5G stands for fifth-generation cellular networks. 5G has all the features of 4G also it has improved in many aspects such as better speed, less delay, better user experience and can connect more devices at once, etc. Switzerland is the global leader and the user of 5G,other than that the in which 5G network is available are USA, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Argentina and Russia. India is also testing Its 5G network.

3. Autonomous Driving

Autonomous means Self-governing and Autonomous driving means a vehicle formed to work by itself, without instructions of a human. It is the technology where Computers will take over the Art of Driving. It will work as Autonomous (self-governing) vehicles or driver-less cars. There are many companies and research organizations which are working on autonomous vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz, Continental Automotive Systems, Autoliv Inc., Bosch, Nissan, Toyota, Audi, Volvo, Oxford University, Google, etc.

4. Computer Vision

It is similar to Artificial Intelligence. Computer vision is the study that seeks to enable computers to see, identify, process and evaluate the images, places, objects and extract results from it, such as to recognize the face from a Smart phone camera and applying filters accurately, discover the objects or places from images or videos. Some of the examples of Computer Vision are Google Image search, Face lock for Smart phone, etc. Its trend is increasing day-by-day and in 2020 it’s going to be one of the major trends.

5. Extended Reality

It connects the physical and virtual worlds. It creates an environment where machines and humans interact by using computer technology. Extended Reality (XR) is the term that fuses the scope of three terms such as virtual reality, augmented reality and mixed reality. To understand the concept of XR we need to have an understanding of these three. It is also known as computer-simulated reality. This technology allows humans to involve deeply into a different world through computer technology. It is widely used in gaming, training and in the entertainment world. In the coming year is going to be widely used by many organizations and its trend will increase among children and youngsters.

These are the biggest upcoming technology trends one should keep track on and should be prepared for them in advance to gain more expertise and earn more profits.
